| One of the absolute favorites of all my cars was a 1978 Mercury
Cougar special edition "Midnight Cat". It had a quadrophonic 8-track
player, a leather textured vinyl roof, and a deep blue color. It was
the sister car to the Continental Mk IV, with the huge V-8, long
hood and the special "bump" in the trunk lid. When I saw the blue
color of this bass, I immediately thought of that car... and came
home with the bass. |
